Prices and General Information

1. I charge £250 for a website up to 10 pages, further pages will be charged per page and at a price agreed. Prices include all design work and free basic search engine optimization is included in the price. Part of the build is to implement the correct meta content and background information, submission to leading search engines on completion. I do not guarantee high rankings in search engines with particular key words and visibility in the search engines may not be immediate.
2. All images sourced will be free stock photography and I include up to five paid for stock images within the price of the website. These images will be 'Level 1 or 2' images, approximately £2-£5 each. If a particular image or images are required and cannot be sourced free of charge or are of a higher level and therefore a higher price then these stock images will be purchased with the clients permission and price agreed.
3. I charge £35 per eflyer, this includes hosting on the back of my website for 12 months if the client does not have hosting of their own. I do not mass mail eflyers, I only design them and host them if necessary, I do not send them out but I do provide a sheet with useful hints and tips and information on how to mass mail effectively. Outlook Express and Microsoft Outlook are the best email clients to mail html eflyers and also Thunderbird.
4. Any Flash banners required will be charged at £15 per hour. The client will be quoted before any flash work is undertaken.
5. Any major changes to the content of the website after completion will be charged at £15 per hour but any small changes will be done free of charge.
6. Website forms will be an extra £25 as a php file needs to be written by myself in order for the form to work.
7. If the client has not already organised web hosting then I can arrange that for them with a reputable local company that I work closely with. Prices will depend on the size of the website and will be discussed and agreed with the client before any contract is undertaken. It will then be the client's responsibility to pay the yearly subscription.
8. At the moment I do not do Content Management System websites, Shopify or Secure websites or forums, but I can recommend an excellent local company for this type of work and will pass the clients details on with their permission.

Payment

1. Full payment is required within 14 days of completion and the uploading of the files. If longer time is needed then please contact me to let me know.
2. Depending on the project, I may ask for a percentage of the cost up front.

Timescales

1. As I only freelance evenings and weekends work may take a little longer than if being worked on full time but I only ever take on one project at a time so that project will have my full attention. I will discuss timescales with the client before undertaking any work and will only proceed if the client is happy with the price and timescale quoted.
2. I take no responsibility for any unforeseen circumstances arising which may alter timescales quoted.

Privacy Statement

1. Any information you provide is solely to enable me to process your enquiry, complete your project and provide you with a high standard of service. I will not, at any point, pass your details on to any third parties unless I have your permission.
